Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return the product.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the items are in their original, unopened packaging; for food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened coffee bags or perishable snacks.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to send it back to our roastery.
Receive Your Refund
