We roast our beans in small batches and ship them within 48 hours of roasting. Each bag features a one-way valve to let CO2 escape while preventing oxygen from entering, ensuring peak flavor upon arrival.
What is the standard shipping time for orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. We provide tracking information via email as soon as your order leaves our roasting facility.
Do you offer a subscription service?
Yes, we offer flexible 'Bean Subscriptions' where you can choose your roast and delivery frequency. Subscribers save 15% on every order and can cancel or pause at any time.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order or if it arrived damaged, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We work directly with small-scale farmers and cooperatives to ensure fair wages and sustainable farming practices. All our beans are Fair Trade certified.
